As part of the review or homework, I usually have the kids answer the questions and also make up fill-in the blank sentences. In the morning, as part of their do-now, they swap notebooks with their partners and do each other’s fill-ins. This is a great additional exposure to the words and their definitions’. On the first page of the document, see other examples of vocabulary homework/review activities which can be done with partners.
