After reviewing the Ready Gen program I decided I needed to make my own worksheets for my children. To keep it aligned to the Common Core, I have used the same wording the authors use for the prompts only. I have put everything into a nicely packaged set of worksheets which will make it easier to follow the program in your classroom.
This is all of my Charlotte's Web and Snowshoe Hare worksheets. If you have already purchased them in separate lessons, do not purchase this. This is exactly the same, just in one file.
In this file you will find the following:
Reading Prompts that you use after the Read Aloud:
I have my children glue these strips into their Reading Notebooks so they have plenty of room to answer the prompt. I provided 5 on the page so you can print and then cut them apart to have the children glue it in their notebooks.
Text Based Vocabulary Worksheet: To practice independently the vocabulary words for the lesson.
Close Reading Vocabulary Sheet: If you would like the children to independently find the meaning of the words.
Graphic Organizer: I have made the graphic organizer that goes along with this lesson with the proper wording included.
Grammar Worksheet: to provide practice with skills taught in the lesson
Writing Practice Prompts: I typed many on a page so children can glue the strip into their Writing Notebooks.
Team Talk Prompts- For Snowshoe Hare, all of the Team Talk prompts are included
