Students will work together to solve a source of erosion found at their school. This project guide comes with a grading rubric as well as an example of what student work should model.
Students will explore the schools campus and find sources of erosion that occur at the school. This could be ruts in the grass from people cutting corners on sidewalks, to exposed tree roots on the sides of hills.
After identifying a problem, students will research a solution, come up with the cost, and present the idea to the school leadership.
