Students will sort the verbs in chapter 1A of Realidades 1 into categories that require them to know the English translations and think about how to categorize the words. It requires them to write the Spanish and the English for each verb and figure out how to categorize them in order to use each one at least once.This sheet could be used individually or in pairs/groups. It could be used for "worksheet races." A possible key is included, but answers will vary.
It could be modified into a movement activity by deleting the word bank and putting the verbs up around the room so that students have to walk around to find and sort them.
