To play, students sit in groups of three or four. Each student receives a worksheet, and each group needs one dice and one pencil in the middle of the table.
The first student rolls the dice, and if they get a six, they yell "Seis," grab the pencil, and start filling in answers as fast as they can. The other students continue to pass and roll the dice. Whenever someone rolls a six, they also yell "Seis," take the pencil, and quickly write answers on their own sheet.
If any students finish the main game before you have everyone stop writing, there is a fun open-ended question at the end of each worksheet (during the 2B chapter, it is "List as many things as you can, in Spanish, that could fit inside a mochila." At the end, you go over answers as a class, and the student with the most correct answers in each group wins!
My students and I always enjoy this game, since they need both luck and an understanding of the chapter to win.
This zip file contains all nine games in both a PDF format and as editable Microsoft Word documents. If you were to buy all nine games separately, the total would be $7.56. With this $5.00 bundle, it's like you're getting three of the games for free! The thumbnail images above show what the game for the 2B chapter looks like.
I hope you and your students enjoy the games!
