In this project students will create a poster for clubs at their school to explain the time and place of their extracurricular activities, along with what they do in these clubs and with whom. It includes a rubric and peer editing paper. Even if not using the Realidades 1A unit, this is a great way to give students a real meaningful project that can be used in their school to talk about their activities, and help other students that may not have English as their first language learn about activities that are happening in the school!
Additionally, I've created a powerpoint where students will build up to the skills needed to be able to explain the time and place of their extracurricular activities, along with what they do in these clubs and with whom. Students will work through models and how to use these questions, and then be given the project.
