I usually make 3 of each level puzzle and I just keep swapping the levels of difficulty and versions as the students finish and want more of a challenge. I use a different color card stock for each puzzle, so I can keep track easily; for example; difficult - blue; white, yellow, medium - pink, pastel green, pastel blue, easy - green, purple, tan
