This vocabulary list goes with Prentice Hall's Realidades 2011 series for Spanish. It includes numbers, alphabet, body parts, calendar, weather, basic classroom, etc. I take the vocabulary words and make a study list that has Spanish and a picture [rather than the English word]. This method of learning vocabulary is more natural for language learning as they are learning a concept rather than a translation. The lists can be folded in half to help the kids study [quiz themselves or others] and if they're able to look at the picture and identify its Spanish word they are right on track! This method is all I have used and has worked wonderfully for me for 5 years!
