Product Description
This is a puzzle that gives the students a chance to see how well they know their Realidades Para empezar level 1 vocabulary! There are 9 puzzle options ranging from easy to difficult. The easiest is a 3x3 square which has 3 versions. The middle is a 4x4 square which has 3 versions. The most difficult is a 5x5 square which also has 3 different versions. The varying levels of difficulty helps to differentiate instruction when using this product in a multi-learning-level classroom. This type of activity helps students with the skill of problem solving. The vocabulary words I have included are:

I use this puzzle as a race and the top 3 finishers win prizes. The puzzle must be printed, cut out and the pieces placed into sandwich baggies before they can complete the puzzle, so there is some preparation time required.
I usually make 3 of each level puzzle and I just keep swapping the levels of difficulty and versions as the students finish and want more of a challenge. I use a different color card stock for each puzzle, so I can keep track easily; for example; difficult - blue; white, yellow, medium - pink, pastel green, pastel blue, easy - green, purple, tan
