This is a quick two-page note set that I use when presenting the concept of genders of nouns in Spanish I. It covers the basic info about genders, and stresses that THE best way of knowing the gender of a noun in Spanish is to look at and memorize the article. I provide an alternate method of looking at the last letter of the noun in order to predict its gender, but stress that this is not as reliable of a method as the article method. Key provided.
