Reasonableness of Division | Quick Self-Grading Computer Activity

Reasonableness of Division | Quick Self-Grading Computer Activity
Product Description
This quick e-learning activity helps assess student ability to use mental math in determining how reasonable several quotient estimates are. Once you put the folder on a computer, the students click the file and it is a visual multiple-choice activity with unlimited retakes for kids who need second (or ninth) chances!

The activity lets you sample the instant, corrective feedback that comes on our other TPT simulations and e-learning activities. When a student clicks a wrong answer, the system explains the mistake and gives kids insight leading to the correct answer. It tracks missed attempts in case a student guesses through all of it.

Use this as a SmartBoard activity (no special software needed), whole group presentation, or just put it on computers and let kids teach themselves the concept since it provides feedback on its own!

INSTRUCTIONS:

Extract the zip file (can be used on PC or Mac). On a PC, you can just right-click the file and click extract and extract it to your desktop. A second folder opens with the same name but it isn't zipped up anymore. Open that file and click on the story.html file. If that doesn't work (because the computer is older and needs updates), try the story.swf or story-unsupported.html file). It will open the activity in any web browser and kids can just start (even if there is no internet!). Email us at support @ beyondtestprep dot com if you need help!
