Students can use this worksheet to evaluate any recipe. Students should choose or be given a recipe and complete a pre-evaluation based solely on the recipe name and/or photos. Then, as they read the recipe they will complete the evaluation which will also better prepare them to cook the recipe. Finally, after cooking is complete they can write out their final thoughts of the recipe and product at the bottom in the post-evaluation.

This worksheet can be used for any Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Nutrition, Family and Consumer Sciences or other related courses.
