Over seventy recipes that have been teen-tested and work. I have taught Family and Consumer Science for over twenty years and have had hundreds of Californian and Alabamian teenagers in food labs use these recipes with excellent success.
Recipes are set up with the ingredient list first. The instructions are numbered to make it easier for teenagers to follow the sequential steps. A few recipes have two different versions included so that teachers can have students make the items in a one-day period or over two sequential days.
The recipes are not in any special order. However, the pages are not numbered so once you print them, you may organize them as you like.
Also included is a Frying Tip sheet Activity. The answer key is included.
