When working with a small group of students, the Reciprocal Reading Method can be used to guide the group's discussion. The discussion is led by one student, called the 'Teacher Leader'. The other students in the group have different roles. For example, one student is responsible for asking the other students questions about the text they are reading. Another students is responsible for clarifying unknown words or information for their group members. Other roles are predictor, visualizer, and summarizer.
