Product Description
In this fun activity, students identify angles (right, acute, obtuse, reflex) and parallel lines in two-dimensional figures, the letters of the alphabet.

Use this resource as:
♦ review of your lessons in plane geometry
♦ an enrichment activity for higher students
♦ an extra challenge for early finishers
♦ a sub assignment

In addition to reviewing angles and parallel lines, students practice addition as they total the score for each individual letter and for words that they form, including their own names. There is also a vocabulary challenge as students are tasked with writing words with various point totals.

If your students like using their own names in activities, they might also enjoy my free product, Graphing Letters on the Coordinate Grid - Your Name in Coordinates.
A variety of other coordinate grid mystery pictures can be found in Coordinate Grid Picture Bundle.
