In this fun activity, students identify angles (right, acute, obtuse, reflex) and parallel lines in two-dimensional figures, the letters of the alphabet.
Use this resource as:
♦ review of your lessons in plane geometry
♦ an enrichment activity for higher students
♦ an extra challenge for early finishers
♦ a sub assignment
In addition to reviewing angles and parallel lines, students practice addition
as they total the score for each individual letter and for words that they form, including their own names. There is also a vocabulary challenge
as students are tasked with writing words with various point totals.
