✋ Are you getting requests for letters of recommendation from your students?
✋ Feel like you have NO time to recall everything about a student?
✋ Did you just raise your hand!?
As much as I love writing letters about so many of my former students, it was a daunting task made more difficult when trying to recall their performance in my class. Plus, I didn’t always know what they were up to currently, and I really had to get creative when writing the letters.
I think ALL students should have to provide their teacher, counselor, or administrator with information if requesting a letter of recommendation.
Using this form, the letter basically writes itself!
I used general language in the wording of questions, and if something doesn’t apply, then a student can skip it.
I hope this works as well for you as it has for me.
