This a good dotted quarter note and tie lesson. It would fit nicely after Amazing Grace
because it's in 3/4 time and has a pick up measure with just one 1/4 note. It's no more difficult, it's just longer and has a few more notes. The notes used are D, E, F#, G, A, B, C and D.
Yeh, it goes on forever; but before you know it, it'll end up in a cartoon (if it already isn't) and every 8 year old will want to learn it. :) Update: It has! lol
