Here is a math game I created to help kids with recognizing squares and rectangles in a variety of sizes and orientations. Placing counters, bears, bingo chips, etc on the game board, each partner (can be played up to 3 children) takes turns turning over two chips. If the shapes he/she uncovers match, he may keep the chips. If they do not match, the chips remain on the board. The winner is the child with the most number of chips at the end.
