Print, laminate, and cut out the game cards. You may choose to use /l/ words in the initial, final, or medial position or you may choose to use all the cards at once.
The first student receives a card, says the word by itself or in a phrase or sentence. He/she will continue to draw cards and produce the word, phrase or sentence as long as he/she is receiving a "green light". The student keeps his cards. Once a student receives a "red light", he/she says the word, phrase, or sentence and play passes to the next player. They will then say words, phrases, or sentences as long as they are getting "green light" cards. Play continues in this manner until all cards are used or time is up. The student with the most "green light" cards is the winner!
