Print, laminate, and cut out the game cards. Shuffle cards.
The first student receives a card and reads the word. He/she will continue to draw cards and read the words as long as he/she is receiving a “green light”. The student keeps his “green light” cards. Once the student receives a “red light”, he/she reads the word and play passes to the next player. They will then read the words as long as they are getting “green light” cards. Play continues in this manner until all cards are used or time is up. The student with the most “green light” cards is the winner!
