o Cards 6-10: Designed to strengthen trunk (core) and
shoulder muscles critical to skilled hand use.
o Cards 11-12: Designed to prepare the intrinsic hand muscles
for optimal precision (e.g. writing tool and scissoring control).
Download Red Pants Writing Champ Warm-Up Cards onto card stock or mount on construction paper (we like red). It’s helpful to copy and paste the descriptions of each move onto the back. Laminate for durability if possible. Put all cards onto a ring with a lanyard for easy daily access.
