Students will experiment with mirrors and light (either flashlights or laser pointers) to reflect their light to different "target points". They will use the vocabulary words "angle" and "reflection" to understand their relationship.
Included is an experiment sheet with a model of how students will stand when conducting their experiment and a diagram of where the target points are located. They will record their observations by drawing in the mirror's angle in the hand. Have older students take it a step further and measure the degrees of the angle!
On the back of the experiment sheet are two reflection questions as well as an extension where they will draw in the path of light with mirrors held at different angles.
*NOTE: in the preview image, the path of light coming from the source on the second page does not show up. It appears when you download the product!*
