Product Description
This assignment is how I hold my students accountable in my semi-flipped math classroom. I assign videos lectures for students to watch once or twice a week and this is the sheet they must turn in to demonstrate they have watched the video. It's also a way of differentiating since students can choose which categories they include in their 3-2-1. To complete this form, students choose 3 categories that they can use to reflect on the video in a 3-2-1 format. Categories include things such as questions, things learned, examples, etc. The form is completely editable, and while it was designed to be used for math lessons, it could easily be modified to fit other subjects or readings. It includes a sheet for students to fill out in a 3-2-1 format as well as a page explaining the various categories how to complete the form.
