Writing and using Reflection Rules to reflect shapes across the x and y axes of a coordinate plane. The notes page provides graphic examples of both and a place for students to write down observations about what happens to the x and y values in each ordered pair, from which they then write the transformation rule.The practice page provides additional problems for them to complete on their own.

With simple folding and no cutting needed, this makes teacher prep time a breeze and saves valuable class time. One sheet is a guided notes page and the other is for independent practice. Using colored paper for the guided notes foldable is optional.
