Description

These Reflexive Pronoun Task Cards are ideal for grammar centers or other station work. Students will have to distinguish between whether they should use a reflexive pronouns, personal pronouns, indefinite, and possessive pronouns. Reflexive pronouns are part of the second grade CCSS standard, and personal, possessive, and indefinite pronouns are review from the first grade CCSS standard. Though these cards include the other types of pronouns, the main focus is reflexive pronouns and knowing when to use them. I've included the task cards for reflexive pronouns in both color, a backgroundless option with these themed hermit crabs (get it her-mit), and black & white!

Includes the Following Resources in Printable PDF Format:

•28 reflexive pronoun task cards in color

•28 reflexive pronoun task cards with a backgroundless option and color characters

•28 reflexive pronoun task cards in black in white

•Recording sheet (2 options that offer different amounts of room for writing)

•Answer key

This resource covers the Common Core Standard for CCSS.ELA-LITERACY.L.2.1.C: Use reflexive pronouns (e.g., myself, ourselves). I've also incorporated personal, indefinite, and possessive pronouns. Students will distinguish between using reflexive pronouns and other types of pronouns. Personal, indefinite, and possessive pronouns that is from the first grade CCSS standard.

If you would like to have task cards that cover every CCSS standard for second grade language (the grammar and vocabulary standards for second grade), I have a mega bundle that does that! These cards are included in the mega bundle. If you bought the mega bundle, you already got these cards. Click here to check out the Language Task Card Mega Bundle for Second Grade.
