This 2 page worksheet/handout is designed to allow students to practice their Common Core skills in reading and analyzing primary source documents. In this handout students are asked to answer the question "What were some of Martin Luther's arguments against the Catholic Church-In his Own Words?". Students will read excerpts of 3 of Luther's original writings including the 95 Theses to answer that overall question. Document-Based questions on the worksheet, will help students understand each document. This is an excellent homework or extension activity for students to complete following a lecture or other class activity.
