Objectives:
Identify what states are included in each of the regions of the United States.
Recognize what region produces certain foods that are used all over the United States.
Discover different dishes that are historically from one region/state.
Distinguish how the food in that region has evolved.

Regions that are discussed in the PPT are Northeast, West, Southwest, Midwest, Pacific Northwest, South and Hawaii.

Please make sure to also download the note guide to go along with it. I gave my students a map of the US and they colored each region as we went over them.
