This set of charts (8.5" x 11") are perfect for student note-taking on each of the regions of the United States. They provide a clean, structured format, and the absence of subcategories provides greater flexibility for application to text.
Our text focuses on developing the concepts of Economy, Geography, Government, History, and People (I opted to add an additional sixth row to allow for miscellaneous information). Even though we use the same terms for each region I opted to leave the table untitled since I want my students writing and familiarizing themselves with these terms repeatedly to make them stick. The open format, of course, also allows this resource to be used for a variety of purposes and with a variety of resources.
