Regular and Irregular Plurals: Boom Card Distance Learning Activity

Students who are second language learners or those with language delay often have difficulty adding the plural "s" to the end of words or knowing when that rule does not apply to plurals. Working from the word to sentence and conversational level is important for understanding the concept and carryover into functional communication.

These activities should be used with an adult present via teletherapy or in person to read the directions aloud to the child, giving cues/feedback to the student as they complete the task.

The activity is designed as a slide and say task where students can manipulate the items in unique ways, creating their own scene.

• An internet connection that students can use on a computer, tablet, or interactive whiteboard to access the games

How to access your purchase:

After you make the purchase, you will download a PDF with instructions and a link. You’ll click the link to add the decks to your Boom library (if you do not already have an account, you will be prompted to set up a free one when you click the link).

What does this purchase allow?

One license allows you (one SLP/Teacher/Educator) to use the games with all of your students. You must purchase an additional license to share it with a co-worker. This PDF must NOT be shared in any way.
