A Common Core aligned game to help students practice seeing division as an unknown-factor problem. Students fill in their own BINGO boards with multiplication facts from a bank of facts that have corresponding division problem cards. (Included in this product.)
The facts used in this game are considered to be the trickier of the multiplication facts. To scaffold the game: after drawing a card, you may give think time to the class and then share a consensus of what the corresponding multiplication fact should be before drawing the next division fact card.
The division card you draw is 72 divided by 6. Give an appropriate amount of think time before letting students share out that the corresponding multiplication fact should be 6 x 12.
