This is a 17 slide, highly animated, power point presentation on Religion – Children’s Bible Stories - The Lord’s Prayer. Each of the slides are editable and can be reordered to adjust to your presentation, if needed. I have also included a slide called “Think about the Story” for student review and questions.

Back in Jesus time, there was a group of people who thought they were real holy and religious. They were called the “Pharisees.” Every day they would go stand in the middle of the street and pray really loud so everything could see them. They used a lot of big special words that most people did understand. So they really were not praying, they were just showing off!

But Jesus followers really wanted to know how to really pray to God so that He would be pleased. One day Jesus decided to teach His followers how to pray without using a bunch of fancy words that no one could understand. This prayer is known as “The Lord’s Prayer” and this is the Children’s version of the prayer.
