As with any teacher, you're always looking for a way to make learning engaging, relevant, and come to life. When September rolls around, I know it's time for me to shed some light on a tragic day in our nation's history.

For a variety of reasons, this topic has the students yearning for some answers, as to why such an event would take place. It is another "Kennedy" moment in our nation's history that time will never erase. To teach the students on some of the facets regarding the tragedy of 9-11, they work through various visible learning activities related to the the facets and essence of September 11, 2001.

While these activities aren’t your run-of-the-mill worksheet handouts; they will certainly allow one’s students to think on much higher and analytical levels, providing a deeper learning experience. The students deserve understanding and answers, so you sit back and be the guide and watch their minds soar!
