No need for a computer but this assignment has a tech flair! In the assignment students will create an informational App for an iPAD. They are totally hooked because iPAD's are cool, but in reality it's a fantastic graphic organizer!
This graphic organizer set has three options for your convenience! Two of them align with the Common Core Writing standards. Students are required to create a small picture icon for subjects surrounding the Renaissance and then provide evidence that details each. Possible categories are listed like leadership, religion, geography trade, the Medici family and art, but they can be easily adapted to fit your class instruction. This would go perfectly with the Renaissance powerpoint also posted.
