This document contains all the main terms a student needs to absolutely know for the AP European History exam for the Renaissance and Reformation. Of course there are more terms than these, but these are the ones they really should know. The terms are in a KIM vocabulary format, which I have found to be extremely successful in all of my classes. The first box is the key word, or term, the second is there they put their definition, or information. The final box is their memory clue. This is the higher order thinking box. The student will either shorten the definition to something that is really key and can help trigger their memory, or they could have a date (if it specific enough), or they can have something that relates it to another term For example, Henry VIII, they might have English Reformation as a memory clue.
