A self led research project. Students will follow the rubric questions to research renewable and non renewable resources, and develop a plan to go green.This rubric provides guided questions for students to follow for a self guided research experience. Students will write a speech to address the over use of non renewable resources, and develop a solution to reduce non renewable, increase renewable and live more sustainably.
The rubric provides an example speech and a speech writing set up they can choose to use. This speech puts the learning in the students hands and incorporates scientific writing and speech writing. The teacher rubric makes it very easy to grade.
