This is a 5E Science lesson plan geared towards teaching 4th graders about the differences between renewable and nonrenewable resources, and the importance of conserving our non-renewable resources.
5E Lesson Plan means it includes sections for Engage, Explore, Explain, Elaborate, and Evaluate. The majority of the learning that occurs is driven from the students' observations and explorations!
The students will participate in an activity to discover the abundance of renewable and nonrenewable resources in the world around us.

ALL worksheets are provided and included in this lesson plan. :)
An answer key is provided as well.
This lesson is also aligned both horizontally and vertically.
