Specials teachers can quickly record notes through the marking period, making comments much easier when it is time to do report cards.
You can print as many copies of the pages that you need depending on how many students you see and how many comments you like to write. You can print a page or two for each of your classes if you make comments for many students, or just write them down as you go.
Just circle the appropriate marking period, and write the homeroom/classroom teacher's name across from the student comment.
I like to keep this form on a clipboard on my desk so it is ready when I want a specific positive comment to make, or if there is something you want parents to know that a students needs to improve on, such as a specific skill or behavior.
