This is a basic skills based report card that I use for parent teacher conferences. It covers skills in the areas of reading, writing, math, science, social studies, speaking and listening, character development and learning abilities. It is simple to use. I often found that the marks were too vague on forms I have seen in the past and this set of marks makes giving information more accurate. This is also great to use as a personal quick evaluation of students for your own information. I use this with my higher grade level yet lower functioning special needs students for whom the traditional percentage or letter grades are ineffective measures of progress.
