This report writing framework can be used to create qualitative and quantitative reports based on the TAPS-3 which is suitable for SPs and teachers. This package also includes checklists for teacher to assist in referral / diagnosis (including one for pre-school children) PLUS information about APD for parents and suggested compensatory strategies for teachers. The documents have all been created using Microsoft Word and are fully editable.
