This download includes 76 task cards that ask students to analyze motion in the following ways:
*given a scenario, students will create a position vs. time graph, velocity vs. time graph and motion maps
*given a graph or map, students will write a scenario that could explain what is happening
*given a graph or map, students will convert the given into one of the other two types of representation
All task cards require higher level thinking skills and tie into CCSS. The cards are written at different levels providing teachers a chance to challenge some students while giving practice to others.
These could be used as group or individual practice, warm up, review, or as part of a socratic seminar.
***Answer key is not provided at this time since many scenarios could be the answer to each task.
