PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This product supports new Texas math TEKS: 4.4C & CCSS: 4.NBT.B.5
4.4C - Represent the product of two-digit numbers using arrays, area models, or equations, including perfect squares.
4.NBT.B.5 - multiply two two-digit numbers and explain the calculation using arrays, area models, and/or equations.

These 24 task cards will give your students practice representing products in which both factors are two digit numbers. Students will learn key vocabulary and be able to connect two digit multiplication to arrays, area models, equations, and perfect squares.

These task cards work great as a math station activity, in a guided math group, as an early finisher activity, or whole group game format, such as Scoot, Jeopardy, or Who Wants to be a Millionaire.

I have included a game board and an answer sheet as well as an answer key for easy grading.
