TEKS 4.2G- relate decimals to fractions
CCSS 4.NF.C.6 - understanding decimal notation for fractions and compare decimal fractions.
Included are 48 "flip it" task cards that will help your fourth grade student understand the relationship between decimal representations using money, base-10 blocks, and fractions
When printing, be sure and print all pages front to back (length wise) so that each task card has one decimal representation on the front side and another on the back side. The first 24 task cards include money on one side and base-10 representations on the flip side. The next 24 task cards include money on one side and fraction representations on the other side.
Included in this product are detailed instructions on various ways to use these task cards in your classroom, the task cards, and a game board.
These will make a wonderful spiral activity to put in stations, or can be used as a guided math activity, early finisher activity or as a whole group "SCOOT" game, find your match game, or human number line.
