Cooperative learning research activity in which students go to the American Kennel Club website and discover hundreds of dog breeds, how they are categorized, and hundreds of character trait words that the AKC uses to describe them! They take notes and then make group and individual presentations. Includes an informational text that explains what a kennel club is and how/why they group breeds.
