This rubric is written in child friendly language and has been written to be used with my ANZAC unit of study, however, the criterium have been written with generic terminology and so it can be used with any research project. I have used child friendly language so that students can use the rubric to independently review their own progress alone or with a peer. I use growth mindset thinking to enable students consider their progress as evolving and i terms of achievement or on the way to achievement. Simply print the rubric and use it in student workbooks or portfolios, project the rubric in class to clearly explain your expectations at the beginning of the project or use the resource as a digital file to share with students and parents.
