Phew! There are a lot of rules and guidelines for the Works Cited Page-- even before we get into the different formulas for different types of sources.
Included in this product is
- A 2-page hand out on how to format a Works Cited Page
- A formula and example or "Cheatsheet" for the 9 most common works cited entries. Students will be able to refer to this throughout the whole research process!
-A Sample Works Cited Page that is perfectly done.
-A Sample Works Cited Page that has many errors. Students find the errors. KEY INCLUDED
-A Works Cited Stations Hand Out (Students rotate from station to station creating Works Cited entries for a total of 4 sources. The 4 sources ARE NOT included.)
Included are a PDF (ready to print) and Word formats. The fonts in the Word document format have been change to Times New Roman so that it is compatible with your fonts--feel free to jazz the document up with your own special fonts. Please be aware that some of the graphics may not line up-using the Word formats may call for some extra attention. Unfortunately, all the pizzazz that Photoshop and Pages allow for is not compatible with Word.
