“Research and Write:Talking Traditions” is a research and writing project focused on holiday traditions around the world. It is perfect for some researching, reading, and writing during the holiday season! It was designed with third grade students in mind, but could be used or adapted for other grades, too. Teachers have been successful using this product with 3rd - 8th graders.
Students will research the holiday traditions of a country of their choice from around the world, then compare and contrast those traditions with their own. This product includes a note taking guide, as well as an organizer to assist in the development of a 5 paragraph essay.
