This resource develops the emotional resilience of students in order to help them adapt to the challenges of life.
Each section contains key questions and activities that develop the emotional skill set of the student.
The aim is to ingrain positive emotional habits that benefit the students development when facing challenging situations.
This training has been developed by myself and in conjunction with a community partnership as well as students aged 12-15.
We have had success with a very introverted student who now socially engages with others, asks for help and is proactive in completing his classwork. He has slowly started to develop more confidence in his own ability and his classwork has started to improve as a result.
The training is based on research conducted on Neuro Linguistic Programming techniques as well as emotional intelligence.
