Make customer relationship management (CRM) relevant to students with this project. Students will conduct research about customer relationship management in the hospitality industry and then create a training presentation for new hires on the topic.
In their presentation students will include: resort name, philosophy, highlights, explain why CRM is important, how to manage long-term relationships, value added services, and activities aimed at improving customer satisfaction or loyalty.

This product is part of a semester long or final project business simulation, however, this project stands alone and does NOT have to accompany other parts of the project. For this project I split up the students into small groups, however, it can be done individually. This resource also includes starter lists for the resort location and target market if this is your first purchased element from the simulation.
