Resources and Conservation – A Third Grade SmartBoard Introduction is a comprehensive SmartBoard Notebook presentation of the third grade science text covering natural resources and conservation. The presentation includes information about natural resources, renewable resources, nonrenewable resources, pollution, as well as examples. Vocabulary is included. It also includes 2 SmartBoard lessons that are also adjusted to PDF files. The white-backed SmartBoard slides are also included in case adjustments need to be made to best suit your class. Activity one is determining renewable and nonrenewable resources. The second activity is a short answer/writing assignment about preventing/helping with pollution. The presentation correlates with the third grade Virginia Science Standards of Learning.
