Resources for Spanish teachers (project - critical thinking- negative expressions, formal command)
The project requirements are in Spanish, and revolve around the grammar included in the Expresate 2 series.
Here, the students have to pretend that they are protesters fighting for/against a topic (sample topics are provided). They must create a protest sign or billboard using a negative expression and a formal command. I have included blank signs and billboards from Google Images for you to copy and distribute to the kids.
I like this project because it is designed for the kids to complete it in one class period, but also because it forces the kids to take a global approach to their thinking.
I've included my rubric and a few examples of student work.
I hope you like this idea for your kids!
